The Street Party and the Family Party both take place in the centre of Katerini, a short walk apart. There are two places you need: the pedestrian streets of the Street Party and Eleftherias Square.

From Katerini bus station (KTEL)
1,2 km to Eleftherias Square
Along the main streets of Kassandrou and Ethnikis Antistaseos. On foot it is a short, pleasant walk.
The bus station has Municipality of Katerini e-bikes, available through the EasyBike app.
From Katerini railway station
2,4 km to Eleftherias Square
- Katerini city bus — every 15 minutes. Board at the “Sidir. Stathmos” stop and get off at “Theia Analipsi”, just 20 metres from the square.
- Taxi — numbers just below.
- EasyBike — the station has Municipality of Katerini e-bikes.

Municipal car parks in the centre
Central Katerini has several municipal car parks, with plenty of spaces at low prices — more than 554 spaces in the four central ones alone.
On Sunday, parade day, P1 is open around the clock.

First aid
The Red Cross and the Pieria Rescue Team run an outdoor first-aid post at the entrance to Eleftherias Square.
If a child gets lost
The meeting point is the Municipal Police post at the entrance to Eleftherias Square.

Public toilets are on Makedonias Square, at the eastern entrance to the Street Party.

All Masquerini venues are fully accessible. The centre has more than 10 disabled parking spaces, and there are more inside the municipal car parks.

Glass bottles and glasses: everything is served in paper cups. Foam is not allowed at the Street Party.

MASQUERINI takes place in the heart of Katerini. There are dozens of places to eat or drink all the way from the entrance of the Park of Colours to Eleftherias Square.
On the three pedestrian streets of the Street Party, the bars and restaurants are part of the celebration: decorated in the year’s theme, with the music playing right outside.
