Masquerini 2027, day by day

The days of the season, from the first February parties to Koulouma on Clean Monday, and what happens on each. Entry is free everywhere.

Times and the detailed programme of each day will be announced shortly. As soon as they are final, you will find them here — and on Masquerini’s social accounts.

  1. February

    Pre-season Parties

    In the bars and restaurants across town.

  2. Opening ceremony

    Eleftherias Square.

  3. Tsiknopempti

    “Smoky Thursday” — the day carnival opens.

  4. Street Party & Family Party

    The first day of both.

    • Street Party Saturday & Sunday, midday to late Georgaki Olympiou, Solomou & Agias Lavras streets
    • Family Party Saturday & Sunday, morning to early afternoon Eleftherias Square

  5. Hot Sunday

    The peak: the grand parade and the main Street Party, with morning activities on Eleftherias Square. Burning of the fanos on Makedonias Square.

  6. Clean Monday

    Koulouma — flatbread, Lenten food and music by the sea.
