What applies

A group needs at least 25 people.
You need a group name and a costume theme of your own.
There is no limit on the theme — pick whatever you like.
A float is optional, motorised or not.
Fewer than 25 of you? You join at the tail of the parade with no entry form — see below.

Any small group can join the Passarella too, organised or not. No entry form is needed: once the registered crews and groups have set off, you fall in at the tail of the parade — as the crowd does — and walk the route with us.
