Enter a group in the Passarella 2026
Katerini’s carnival parade returns on Sunday 22 February. Entries for organised groups are now open.
The Masquerini Passarella returns on Sunday 22 February at 17:00, setting off from the entrance of the Park of Colours and finishing on Georgaki Olympiou, by way of Androutsou and P. Vardaka.
The parade is open to everyone. We invite clubs of every kind, schools of every level, sports teams, gyms, dance studios, local businesses, organisations — and plain groups of friends.
What you need
- An inventive group name
- A costume theme — we suggest something from this year’s Street Party theme
- An organised group — see the terms of participation for the minimum number of people
- Optionally a float, motorised or not
The parade moves to music, with dance happenings, surprises along the route, and the Queen of Masquerini — the city’s carnival figure — at its head.
